Perthshire Advertiser Perthshire, Scotland 24 Oct 1833: Houston Cathie, well known thief, was on Thursday remitted from the Police Court to the Sheriff of the county, for Houston Cathie, well known thief, was on Thursdav remitted from the Police Court to the Sheriff of the county, for a very daring housebreaking which effected Sunday evening last, in Forth Street, and carried off silver plate, coins, etc. to a considerable value, part of which ave been recovered by the police. He was within a quarter of an hour after the robbery taken into custody, with several of the valuables in his possession. 11/8/1843: TOL
