Sentenced and transported along with his brother David Chaloner (Challoner - receiving stolen property) and David Roberts, (stock theft). Granted Ticket-of-leave, 13th January, 1842. Tickets-of-leave have been granted - see http://trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/2954957 NSW Police Gazette 1876, Jun 28 states presumed death ten years previous.
