James McClelland suggests Richard's date of birth as about 1787.




Richard was born about 1799. When sentenced he was 5'6" fair ruddy, hair dark brown, eyes hazel; he was a labourer at Croydon. In 1830 he was rcorded at Newcastle & Port Macquarie. Richard (Watts) has an entry on this websire also
