Charles Bustard was 21 years old on arrival - Native Place: Congleton, Cheshire. Charles could read, was protestant, single, 5'3¼" tall, sallow complexion, brown hair, chestnut eyes, small dark mole on lower part of right side of neck, another on upper left arm, scar back of middle finger of left hand. 1846: TOL Macquarie. 1/2/1847: TOL Passport - On the recommendation of Commissioner Massie. 1853: Married Mary A Browning at St Peters, Armidale. Children: Margaret Jane (1853-1931) Martha (1855-1934) Nancy (1857-1919) Christopher (1860-1920) Marion (1861-1907) Thomas Charles (1863-1955) Sarah Ann (1864-1941) William Henry (b.1868) Joseph Francis (1870-1946) Agnes Hannah (1870-1950) They changed surname from Bustard to Bostock about 1872. August 1884: Charles Bustard/Bostock died as Charles Bostock in Lismore, NSW. Parents listed are Margaret and Charles. Mary Ann then married John Cloughessy. Mary Ann is buried at Casino, NSW. She arrived free with her family from Cornwall, Eng.
