Married Catherine McCarthy (Irish Immigrant) at St Francis Church, Melbourne. on 17.6.1850 (40874/875) Convicted of stealing Two Bottles of Brandy. They produced 13 children two of whom died in infancy and another son died accidentally aged four( Inquest).
