Stated this offence, Stealing 2 sheep Car McMurray, N. place. Whisky, 3 mos. Single. Surgeon’s Report: Rather lazy, stiff elbow. Trade, stock keeper, age 24, native place, Leitrim. Remarks: right arm lame. 20 June 1846, Ticket of Leave. Conditional Pardon approved 11 July 1848. Free Cert 12. 4. 51. Again transported. Remarks: Inquest. ------------------------------------------------------ A coroner's inquest was held on the 28th of March upon the body of a man named Charles Lyons, who bad been found on the wharf in an insensible condition a few day's previously, and who had since died in the hospital.
