National Archives. HO 47/6/35 1787 May 9 Report/memorial of Abel Moysey on the following capital cases. 1. David Charles, convicted at Breconshire for sheep stealing 2. William Thomas Moses, convicted at Breconshire for horse stealing. 3. Evan Francis, convicted at Glamorganshire for highway robbery. Lewis Morgan and Ann David, convicted at Glamorganshire for sheep stealing. Recommendations: the 4 men to be transported for life. Ann David to hard labour for 2 years.
