William Charles, alias Pratt, aged 35, Charles Plumer, aged 33, John Charles, alias Stanley, aged 36, John Coleman, aged 30, charged with feloniously stealing at the parish of Bloxham, a quantity of oats, of the value of five shillings and sixpence, the property of Thomas Gulliver. Oxford University and City Herald, 4 Aug 1821. On Thursday the following convicts, under sentence of transportation for seven years, were removed the Justicia Hulk, Woolwich, Wm. Charles, John Charles, Charles Plumer, John Coleman, Shadrach Debunk, W. Beale, Robert Hawkins, and James Roberts. Oxford University and City Herald, 25 Aug 1821.
