Warwick Assizes:— CONDEMNED.— … James Clarke for stealing silver, &c. from Pemberton and Mitchell, of Birmingham; [Joseph Farrar, charged with the same offence, to be imprisoned one month in the house of correction to hard labour, and privately whipped] ; … All the capital convicts were reprieved, except Ann Heytrey, Pace, Butler, and Cooper, who were left for execution.
