GUILTY on the 2nd Count. Aged 23. Transported for Twenty Years. Arrived 01/06/1858 per 'Lord Raglan'. Ticket of Leave 12/11/1860. Conditional Pardon 11/05/1865. Shoemaker Married Emily LUKER (1833 - 1912) 02/07/1862 Fremantle, 1 week after Emily arrived in the Swan River Colony aboard 'Mary Harrison'. Children: Fanny Louisa (1863-1864), Emily Adeline (1867 - 1936), Edward (1871-1904), Edith (1873-1874).
