James and Margaret Collins had 13 children. Ten survived after James death. The 13 were mentioned on his death certificate. We have not been able to trace most of them or their descendants, neither has any other public researcher. James was 16 years old, when convicted with Martin Devine. They both spent time imprisoned in Galway and then a Smithfield gaols, then were transported. 1849: TOL Bathurst. James married Margaret Collins and had 11 children. He worked all his life in the Orance district as a farm labourer, and then as a farmer. 22/9/1895: James died in Sydney of chronic bronchitis and a heart condition and had 10 surviving children. No date of death for Margaret found.
