Trial was held in Newcastle on 14 July 1826, he was aged 22yrs. Sentenced: to life. Remanded to a hulk. Then tansported on the “Mariner”. Permission to marry granted: Thomas & Margaret Kenny NSW Marriage Registration No: 39/1844 V1844239 123 Church (code LK = Roman Catholic, East Maitland; Maitland; West Maitland). Daughter: Mary.C. Collins born 1846. NSW Birth REg: 756/1846 V1846756 63.
