Sentences in the County of Limerick—Cornelius Keating, Thomas Wall. Garrett Fitzgerald. James Keane, and Patrick Connolly, to be hanged, day not fixed ; Roscommon and Leitrim Gazette, 6 Aug 1825. ------------------------------------------------------------- Limerick, August 10. Yesterday an order was received in received in town from Dublin Castle, to stay the execution, until further orders, of four criminals convicted our last Assizes; Thos. Wall for assault, burglary and robbery, the house of Mr. Wm. Bourke, at Rathnasere; James Garrett Fitzgerald, and James Keane, for burglary in the dwelling of Patrick Cleary, at Hospital; and Patrick Connolly, for burglary in the dwelling of Patrick Sullivan, at Kilmacat. No respite has been received for Connor Keating, the accomplice of Wall, who is to be hanged on this day week, the 17th inst. Southern Reporter, 13 Aug 1825.
