Permission date: 9 May 1855 Name: Connor, Mary. Ship/free: Australasia Marriage to: Place, John. Ship/free: Free. CON52/1/7 Page 361 1869 - TRIAL. S.C. Hobart. 23 November 1869 as Mary McCarthy. Acquitted. (BURGLARY. Florence McCarthy, and his wife Mary McCarthy, pleaded not guilty to an indictment, charging them with having on the 24th October, burglariously entered the house of Margaret Fuller, and stolen therefrom six bags, one dress, one pair of blankets, and a rug.
