The convict indentures state that Thomas Connor was 22 years old. He could neither read not write; religion Roman Catholic; status single and a native of County Longford. His occupation was a carpenter’s boy and in-door servant. Thomas was convicted of stealing clothes at Dublin City on 30 December 1835 and sentenced to 7 years. He had one convicted and served 6 months. Physical attributes: Height 5 feet 3 inches; complexion ruddy and freckled; hair brown and eyes brown. Transport number 38. Prisoner number 36-1843.
