At the assizes for the County of Lincoln, which ended at the Castle on Wednesday last, ... Three other Prisoners also received Sentence of Death, viz. Edward Cooper, Aged 56, charged on the Oath of Benjamin Hornby, of Ormby, with having set Fire to his Father's Barn, by which means it was burnt down; together with a Hovel, and a great Quantity of Corn- Thomas Dickenfon, aged 42, charged with stealing twelve fat Weather Sheep the Property of John Topham, out of a Close at Mablethorp ; and James Huntington, aged 19, for stealing three Sheep in the Parish of Steeping, who was afterwards reprieved, and the two former left for Execution on Friday next. Derby Mercury, 15 Mar 1787.
