John Cornelius tried at Justice Hall, Old Bailey, Middlesex, 10 Dec 1788, 7 years. -------------------------------------------------------------- Tried at the Old Bailey, 10 Dec 1788. 25. JOHN CORNELIUS was indicted for stealing, on the 10th of December , one cloth coat, value 3 s. two cloth jackets, 12 d. one man's hat, value 12 d. two waistcoats, value 12 d. the property of Hugh M'Coy. The prisoner was taken with the things upon him. GUILTY . Transported for seven years . Tried by the first Middlesex Jury before Mr. RECORDER.
