NEW NORFOLK--On the 18th instant, a warrant for the arrest of David Cowie, per Lady Kennaway, charged with absenting himself from the hired service of Mr John Wild, New Norfolk, on the 18th instant. Description--5 feet 7 inches high, brown to grey hair, scar on chin, little finger of right hand broken, a baker ; wore a pepper and salt coloured coat, white moleskin trousers, black wide awake hat stitched all over with white thread ; was seen going in the direction of Hobart Town.
