Surrey Assizes At the Assizes for the county of Surry, held at Kingston, there were seventy-nine prisoners on the calendar, nineteen whom were capitally convicted, and received received sentence of Death: …W. Crane, for breaking into the dwelling-house K. Fry, St. George's, Southwark, and stealing a shawl, three blankets, &c.; ...—The whole of these prisoners were Reprieved. Windsor and Eton Express, 27 March 1814 Several other prisoners convicted at the same assizes, and sentenced to transportation for Life, were transported on this ship.
