On Thursday arrived from Calcutta, via Derwent, the ship Mary, Captain Ormon, with a various cargo. -Passengers from Calcutta, Captain Faithfull and Lieutenant Hamilton:-The Mary sailed from Calcutta the 23d of February, and left the Pilot the 1st of March. Sick List of the Mary: Thomas Craske, convict, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, pain in the head and loins with some degree of febrile heat; put on sick list 4 December 1821, discharged ?. Colonial Secretary Papers: CRASKE, Thomas. Per "Mary", 1822 1822 Jan 28: On list of convicts landed from the "Mary" and forwarded to Evan for distribution (Reel 6008; 4/3504A p.359) 1825: On list of Government servants employed by John Lees of Evan; from Feb 1822 (Fiche 3141; 4/1843A No.459 p.35) 1825 Apr 14: Convict in the service of John Lees of Evan at the last two musters (Reel 6014; 4/3514 p.71) 1830: TOL Bathurst Oct. 1833: Convict Death Register - Thomas died - reported by the Bathurst Bench. Death not registered on the NSW BDM.
