Yorkshire Summer Assizes. SAMUEL CROOK, otherwise SHACKLETON, (aged 26) charged ou the oath of Jonas Crabtree, of Haworth, in the parish of Bradford, with having broken and entered into the dwelling-house of the said Jonas Crabtree, in the night time, and stolen therefrom nine pounds and upwards in gold, silver, and copper ; and other articles articles. Also charged on oath with firing a loaded pistol at James Wignall, the King's highway, in the parish of Arncliffe, with intent to murder, wound, and rob him, the said James Wignall.--.Guilty, Death.
