Assizes. … and Richard Higginson, for killing and stealing a fat tup sheep, killing the property of Timmins Nevill, of Sutton Coldfield, received sentence of death; Mary Crump (tried with Higginson, and her husband John Crump, for being concerned in the above felony, of which they were both acquitted) for receiving linen cloths, the property of Sir E.
