Patrick Cullen, alias Cullens Collins, age 15, per Countess of Harcourt (4) 1827, Tried at Dublin, 1826, sentence 7 years, for Stealing clothes, 2 former convictions, Native of Dublin, Single, Protestant, trade – Errand boy. DOB. 1812. Remarks –Colonial Sentences numerous Moreton Bay. Cockatoo Island. -------------------------------------------------- Moreton Bay Convict Records. Patrick Cullens, per Css Hartcourt 4, Tried at City Dublin, 29 Jul 1826, 7 years, for Felony of wearing apparel, trade – Labourer. Colonial Sentence: tried at Crim Court Camp. Town, 18 Aug 1830, Highway Robbery, 14 years commuted from Death recorded. Sydney. Run 17th Apr and ret.20th 1833. ------------------------------------------------- Campbell Town Assizes We have been favoured with the following complete list of the prisoners tried before the Honourable the CHIEF JUSTICE, at the adjourned Sessions of the Supreme Court, held at Campbell Town. MONDAY, 16th. Patrick Cullen, Michael Fox, John Egan, and Edward Ward, were indicted for a highway robbery, at Liverpool, on the 10th July last, upon one Daniel Mageen. Guilty, Death.
