Old Bailey On-Line Born; 1795 Imprisoned; 1808. Age; 23 Tried; 14 Sep 1808. Age; 23 September 1808, trial of MARY DALE (t18080914-98). MARY DALE, Theft > grand larceny, 14th September 1808. 689. MARY DALE was indicted for feloniously stealing on the 13th of August , a gown, value 6 s. and a pelisse, value 5 s. the property of John Weatherall . The prisoner said nothing in her defence, nor called any one to her character. GUILTY , aged 23. Transported for Seven Years .
