Convict Notes




Tried at Gloucester 28 Mar 1787. Listed in 1800 Muster as Thomas Daily farming at Fields of Mars with Thomas Anderson (Henderson) Co-accused with Thomas Anderson (Henderson) and Robert Anderson (Henderson) in trial for stealing pigs. Acquitted of charges, as was Robert, but Thomas Henderson found guilty. Listed in 1828 census as Thomas Daley aged 68, employed by Robert Anderson (Henderson) at Brisbane Water. Arrived Matilda 1790. Died 22 Aug 1837 aged 85 and was buried at the private cemetery of the Henderson family at Saratoga.
