She left the Cove of Cork the 19th of September last, and brings, in excellent health, 144 male prisoners. Surgeon Superintendent, Dr. Taylor, R. N. The guard comprises 30 men of the 1st Foot (Royals), under orders of Lieut. Lewis. Sydney Gazette, 13 Jan 1821.

Family: mother Johanna; brother Michael Desc: single, 5'9" tall, illiterate, RC, from Co Cork IRE Trades: labourer & shepherd TOL 11 Jul 1845 Certificate of Freedom 19 Feb 1848 Married Bridget Connors (John Calvin 1848) in Hobart 31 Oct 1849, having 9 children born between 1851-1872 24 May 1855 - He was convicted again for killing a horse at Oatlands. Sentenced to 10 years, remitted to 5 years. 3 years were served at Port Arthur. Reissued TOL 7 Apr 1857 Reissued Certificate of Freedom 16 Apr 1860 He was issued a Hawker's licence in 1881 (Examiner Launceston 13 Apr 1881) Died 24 May 1894 at his residence Golden Valley, Westbury of senility
