James Dare married Martha Anne Catt 12.4.1827 mistakenly called Keat as per shipping record. Martha arrived with her parents William Catt 1801-1881 and Sarah (nee) Grey 1803-1842 from Sandhurst Kent onboard 'Fairlie' 5th Nov 1841
