William Darnell was one of 26 convicts who were soldiers and were court-martialled in Canada for desertion or other military offences.

1845: TOL Trooper Crown Lands Est.

13/11/1848: TOL Passport.

19/2/1850: Died aged 31 at Moreton Bay, McLeay River.
