David Coakley charged with having stolen thirty three sovereigns, eleven guineas, and silver to the amount of ten pounds, the property of Mr. John Purcell of Oulin. Sentenced to seven years’ transportation. Dublin Evening Packet, 22 Aug 1833.

DOB, 1812, Native place, Cork Co. Trade, Gardener. --------------------------------------------------------------------- His sister Catherine Coakley, aged 21, was later transported to VDL per Arabian , arriving in 1847.
