Mary Ann Davies was convicted, along with Thomas Crimes (Bengal Merchant 1834 NSW) of Highway Robbery, Assaulting Rowland Hughes on the Kings Highway and taking 28s., his shoes and hat. Mart Ann's crime was listed as man robbery. Mary Ann was 22 years old, 4'10" tall, fair complexion, brown hair, grey eyes, a spinster, born Chester. January 1835: Transferred to VDL per "Derwent" 1839: Married George Richardson (free) at Waterloo Point, Hobart. Conduct record: Being AWOL and drunk, neglect of duty. 26/9/1842: Misconduct in living in a state of adultery. 28/7/1846: TOL 25/6/1848: Free Certificate. No date of death found.
