He was tried at Chester Sessions of Pleas on 30 3 1815, sentenced to 14years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 18 1 1816 after a voyage of 5months on FANNY. He married Jane Elizabeth (Huxley-Forbes) on 11 3 1817 at St Davids CofE Hobart. [Some information taken from this Website] Jane Elizabeth (Huxley-Forbes) was born in 1797. She arrived in Australia free in 1816 on DAWS.... Jane Elizabeth (Huxley-Forbes) is mentioned in entry for Thomas (Huxley SALAMANDER 1791) on this Website.
