Elizabeth Davis married District Constable Charles Lockyer Freestun, of Georgetown, on 9th March 1833at St John's Church, Launcestion. They lived in Georgetown and had two children. Charles May Freestun who moved to Cooktown, Qld, and Elizabeth, who was run over by a bullock cart at the age of about 3.

Tasmanian Archive Records give the following information: Gaol Report: Well behaved. Servant; single; aged 20yrs on arrival; Protestant; 5'3"; fresh complexion; lge head; oval visage; high cheek bones; grey eyes; small straight nose; small mouth; long chin; scar on left wrist. Native Place: Birmingham, Warwickshire. Father: James Probalt, a mason. Van Diemens Land: Assignments, Cascades Female Factory, Hobart. George Town Female Factory. 15/08/1834: Free by servitude. Free Certificate issued. 30/12/1830 & 01/1831: Application for permission to marry Thomas Barker (convict per the 'Woodman'). 08/09/1832: Application for permission to marry Charles Freestone (free). Approved. Married at George Town (Launceston district) 09/03/1833. (ref. 2232/1833-36/2). Children of marriage: registration under spelling "Freestun". Charles May b 1834 Elizabeth b. 1837
