Family connections for Elizabeth (Davis) are: An amendment made Jan 2026. DAVIS Elizabeth (Davis) seems to have been born about 1792. She was tried at Bristol Gloucestershire Quarter Sessions, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 11 4 1806 after a voyage of 9months on WILLIAM PITT. She had a relationship with William (Travers) seaman. She was issued her Certificate of Freedom No.36/423 on 30 10 1810. An Elizabeth (Davis) is recorded as dying on 3 12 1830 age38 in Sydney & was buried at St Phillips CofE Sydney.. [Some details taken from this Website] William (Travers) arrived in NSW as a seaman on 16 11 1808 after a voyage of 8 months on SPEKE. Elizabeth (Davis) & William (Travers) produced 1child: 1.Edward Mortimer (Travers) was born on 11 4 1809 & baptised on 1 9 1811 age2 at St Matthews CofE Windsor. He married Eliza (Owen) on 29 7 1830 at St Johns CofE Parramatta.
