Assigned to Mr James Wright at Lanyon Station near Queanbeyan now southern part of Canberra, ACT. Absconded with Mr Joseph Finnegan (Hero); John Ward (Susan) and George King (Hive) in 1839. Captured and transferred from Queanbeyan by Captain A. T. Faunce to Campbell Town and then Sydney. Arrived in Sydney on 28 January 1840. Tried and convicted from being at large with fire arms. Found Guilty and sentenced to Penal Settlement for Life. Transported to Norfolk Island on 28 February 1840. Other particulars are of slender build; 5 ft tall; ruddy complexion and with grey eyes; Native of Norwich and Religion: Protestant.
