Arrived Pentonville Prison 12 Nov 1844 weighing 9st2lbs, born Norwich, parents name and abode - Robt Daynes Bricklayer, St Martins in the Hook, Norwich, single no children, good behaviour, tried 16 Oct 1844, one previous offence Jan 1842 attempt at house breaking. Moved to Millbank Prison 24 and 25th April 1846 in CP Class




Committed to the City Gaol.— Edward Daynes, charged with breaking and entering into a dwelling-house with an intent to commit a felony.—(By the same Magistrate), Norfolk Chronicle, 11 Dec 1841.
