PRINCIPAL SUPERINTENDANT'S OFFICE, Sydney, September 21, 1816. THE under-mentioned Prisoners having absented themselves from their respective Employments, and some of them at large with false Certificates, all Constables and others are hereby strictly required to use their utmost Exertions in apprehending and lodging them in safe Custody. Manuel de Sylva, 42 years of age, by profession a sailor and sailmaker, a native of Carthegena, 5 feet 4ΒΌ inches high, dark yellow complexion, black hair, black eyes, tried at Chester in April 1813, convicted for life, arrived per ship Fanny, from the Retribution hulk, and was employed in the Boats' Crew.
