John Kingsbury has DD next to his name – Died on the voyage? Bury St Edmunds, March 30. This day the following prisoners were tried at our assizes and received sentence of death, viz. ... John Kingsbury for stealing a heifer; ... John Gosling and William Deaves, for horse-stealing; ... Norfolk Chronicle, 7 April 1787.
