** Please note: There was also a Thomas McDermot/McDermont onboard the Minerva ** Thomas Deaysinott/Deaysimott/Doermott was also referred to as McDermott. Thomas was 21 years old on arrival. Native Place: Sligo. Thomas was 5'3½" tall, brown hair, hazel eyes. Listed as missing on his conduct record - but there is a death listed on Tas records for Thomas McDermot who died on 21/5/1819, aged 24?? at Hobart - listed as being on the Minerva.
