John Denahy was indicted for stealing a cloak, the goods of William Kennedy. Guilty. Prisoner was tried in 1829, before the Recorder, in 1830, before Mr. Sergeant Bt-ACKBURNE.and in February last before the Recorder again. In each of these  cases he was found guilty, and sentenced to different periods of imprisonment, and being now found guilty of the present offence was sentenced to transportation for seven years.   Cork Constitution, 6 Sep 1831.
