27/11/1837: Tried along with William Collins(17 years old and transported for 10 years) for pocketpicking - Thomas was imprisoned for 6 months.
12/8/1839: Aged 19, Thomas was again tried for pocketpicking, stealing 1 handkerchief, value 2s., the goods of Matthew Tester, from his person - Guilty and transported.

28/3/1848: TOL Passport Penrith Bench.
23/10/1848: TOL Passport Penrith Bench.
1850: Thomas died aged 27.
