This is a house made of wood, which he owns. MARRIAGES. On the 16th instant, at Trinity Church, by the Rev. Mr. Gillibrand, MARTHA, the third daughter of MR ADAM DILLON of Hobart Town, to MR. THOMAS NICHOLSON, of the same place. The Tasmanian Telegraph, 16 Mar 1859. Death of his daughter Martha. On the 25th instant, Martha NICHOLSON, beloved wife of Thomas Nicholson, after a short and painful illness, aged 21 years, third daughter of Mr Adam Dillon, Hobart Town. The funeral will take place on Tuesday, 27th, at 3 o'clock, from her late residence Brisbane-street, two doors from the York Tavern, where friends are respectfully invited to attend. Hobart Town Daily Mercury, 26 Dec 1859. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- DEATH. On the 6th February, 1864, Mr. Adam Dillon, aged 68 years. The deceased was 45 years in the colony, and brought up a large family. Friends are respectfully invited to follow his remains to the place of interment, which will move from the deceased's late residence, Melville-street, on Wednesday, the 10th inst., at two o'clock. AARON DILLON was indicted for stealing, on the 5th of May , two sheets, value 40s.; one gown, value 3s., and two stockings, value 1s., the goods of William Hoard , Sen.; and one shirt, value 3s. , the goods of William Hoard , Jun. ELIZA HOARD . I am the wife of William Hoard. On the 28th of April, I hung the things out to dry, and lost them, and several more, on the 5th of May; something occurred which made me give information. SARAH CLARKE. I live next door to Mr. Hoard-we have one garden between us; I saw the prisoner in the garden - I knew him before. I gave information. WILLIAM SIMS . I am a constable. On the 6th of May, I took the prisoner into custody at his sister's house; it was nearly an hour before I could get admission. They refused to let me in. I broke in and found the prisoner under the bed, and one of the shirts upon his back. (Property produced and sworn to.) GUILTY . Aged 22. Transported for Seven Years .
