He was convicted along with Kerr Stewart, for housebreaking and stealing porter, the property of Robert Kerr, Bristo Street, Edinburgh and William Marshall, Potterow, Edinburgh.
William was 5’7 3/4” tall, could read and write a little, single, brown hair, blue eyes, scars.
