Sherborne Mercury Dorset, England 9 Aug 1845 SOMERSETSHIRE ASSIZESWin. Wm. Hake, 43, Aaron Dominy, 30, and Daniel Hake, 18, were indicted for a burglary in the dwelling house of John Goodland, of Pitminster. The Jury returned a verdict of guilty against Wm. Hake, and Dominy, and acquitted the younger Hake. Both prisoners were sentencewd to be transported for life. William Hake was also onboard the 'China'.
