Convict Notes


Born about 1821. 27 and able to read at conviction. Roman Catholic. Native Place: Co Tipperary. Listed both as single and widow. 4 foot 9 inches with a scar on the left of her forehead. Convicted for larceny of wearing apparel and stealing 16/- from the person pro Morgan Dwyer, "often convicted before", incl 25 convictions for drunkenness in Co Tipperary. Gaol report "middling"; surgeon's report "very good". ToL 26 April 1853. Cert Pardon 1 August 1855 Launceston.
