DUNDALK ASSIZES. There never has appeared little on the Calendar of this County. There were very few records for trial, and even those were not tried, having been delivered too late to the Sheriff. The following were the principal convictions, and the trials contained very little interesting matter. … Lawrence Donnelly, stealing a frize coat, property of Owen Gollogley ; to be transported for 7 years— Which sentence was passed as matter of as matter of special indulgence’’ at his own request, and through the intercession of Mr. Crowe, Governor of the gaol. ...
