John DONOGHUE was convicted at Kings County, Ireland in the Lent of 1819. 7 yr transportation sentence. Sent to Van Diemen’s Land (Tasmania) per the ‘Castle Forbes’ arriving 1820.

26 May 1820: Assigned to Mr. Kent. Abscond from his Master and robbing him. 200 lashes and to be sent to Newcastle, New South Wales.
