The following are the prisoners for trial: COUNTY CALENDAR. Arthur Hogan, Eleanor Molloy, J. Donohoe and Anne Shannon, burglary and robbery. Dublin Morning Register, 19 June 1826. Fourth Day. BURGLARY AND ROBBERY. John Donaghoe, Arthur Hogan, Eleanor Molloy, and Anne Shannon, were indicted, for, on the night of the 16th April, at Belfield, breaking into the house Charles Knox, and stealing carpet and hearth rug, table-cloth and hat, and other articles. Charles Knox sworn—On the 17th of April, his house was broken into, and robbed of various articles. A bar was forced out of one of the lower windows ; they took out the window, and thus got in; the robbery occurred between nine o’clock at night six in the morning. George Paine, Chief Constable of Henry-street Division, sworn—identified prisoners; arrested Arthur Hogan, Eleanor Molloy in a cellar, in Chancery lane, on Thursday. 20th April, about ten o’clock at night; found duplicates the rug and table-cloth the person of Eleanor Molloy, and also found in their cellar the china on the table. Cross-examined Mr. Bennett— Mr Knox marked the articles in the police office. Pat. Kearns proved that Anne Shannon pawned the articles in his office. Michael Cannon sworn—Arrested John Donoghoe the ? of April; found the hat now on the table in his possession. Mr, Knox was then called, and cross-examined Mr., Bennett—Proved the hat, but could not swear to the china. Verdict—John Donoghoe, Arthur Hogan, and Eleanor Molloy, not guilty of the burglary, but guilty of the residue of the indictment. Anne Shannon was acquitted. Sentence death recorded against the prisoners.

John Donohoe was 21 years old on arrival. His native place was Westmeath, and he was single. 1839: John drowned at Port Macqauarie, NSW.
