A warrant was received yesterday by Governor of the County Limerick Gaol for respiting, until further orders, the execution of the sentence of death  against Patrick Dore, John Nunan, Michael Downey, and Denis M‘ Auliff, sentenced at the last Assizes. Limerick Evening Post, 27 Mar 1829 The following, convicted at the late Assizes, have left the County Limerick Gaol for the hulk surprise at Cove, for transportation to New South Wales John Nunan, Patrick Dore, Thomas Healy, Matthew Hayes, Patrick Slattery, Denis M‘Auliff, Patrick Downy, and Nicholas White. Dublin Morning Register, 7 May 1829.
