LENT ASSIZES. KENT. The Assizes for this county commenced on Monday at Maidstone. The calendar is very heavy, there being 123 prisoners for trial, … Thomas and David Draper, two brothers, were indicted for indicted for stealing a sheep, the property of a farmer named Brice, at Wormshill. The younger prisoner was acquitted, and the elder found guilty.—Death recorded. London Mercury, 22 March 1828.
