James Driscoll, alias Flynn, was indicted for stealing two pigs, the property of Denis Driscoll. The prosecutor missed the pigs on Monday evening last, at his residence near Dunmamvay, traced them to Cork, and found them in Patrick Canty’s yard in liamlun Road; where they had been driven by prisoner ; the pigs are impounded, and it cost witness ?£ to have the informations drawn up. Guilty to be transported for 7 years. Southern Reporter, 25 Aug 1827.
